Lupe leads Northlight’s investment strategy and capital allocation. An institutional investor, board director, and governance strategist, she brings more than three decades of experience across global private markets, family offices, entrepreneurship, and public service.

Her career spans venture capital, private equity, private credit, real assets, and direct investments. Her perspective is shaped by long-term enterprise value, thoughtful governance, and the responsibilities of wealth across generations.

Lupe founded the Good Governance Institute and Good Gals. Earlier in her career, she spent more than a decade in Washington, D.C., working across government, regulatory affairs, and public policy.
